| About Jani Spencer
Jani Spencer has more than 20 years experience with residential real estate in Bellevue and the greater Eastside. She stays current on new technical and marketing techniques by attending industry seminars and classes throughout the year. Jani looks forward to each transaction as an opportunity for personal and professional growth. She really knows the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction.
Jani acquired her real estate license in 1988. She has specialized in the Greater Eastside throughout her career, although she has ventured as far north as Anacortes and even sold a house in Eastern Washington! She started at John L Scott years ago and received many awards as being in the top 10% of the company. She left to join Coldwell Banker Bain's Bellevue office in 1998 where she was recognized in the President's Circle and has recently come back to John L Scott. She is very excited about her move back and looking forward to all John L Scott has to offer her clients.
Jani has a family background in real estate. When she was growing up, she frequently accompanied her grandmother viewing houses, who just retired at 87. Her mother, Judy Rohrbeck, became a Realtor in 1994. And her husband has been in the industry for many years.
Jani Spencer employs every ounce of her knowledge, experience, ambition, personal attention to detail and customer service to ensure that each transaction is both successful and enjoyable.
